Chipotle Cilantro Hummus
2 cups cooked chickpeas
4 cloves garlic
1 cup fresh cilantro
1-2 tsp chipotle sauce, to taste
1/4 tsp cumin
2 Tbsp tahini
2 Tbsp olive oil
Juice of 1 lime
Puree all ingredients in blender or food processor, Salt and pepper to taste. Servei with oven-backed corn tortilla chips.
